We make the process fun, easy, and stress-free

Applying to college can feel overwhelming: tests, personal statements, recommendation letters, and applications.
But don't freak out!

Our college-prep experts organize that process for you, highlighting your skills and passion for higher education. Our aim is to make you the strongest college candidate possible. Let's start this journey together!

Together we will work on the following

  • To kick-start a successful college application process, it is crucial to have a list of potential colleges that align with the preferences and goals of both you and your family. With thousands of colleges around the world, the process can be overwhelming.

We will make sure that you have a balanced college list to apply to in order to increase your admission success rate to the universities in your list.

  • A university application form provides the applicant's personal/contact details, their field of study, educational and background, essays and references.

We will review the form to make sure you fill out every section.

The application should be compelling in its brevity and clarity. The idea is to show your strengths to colleges.

  • Essays fill in the rest of the story that test scores and activity lists do not adequately tell. They’re the student’s opportunity to share their voice and make an indelible impression on the admissions committee.

We will guide and assist you to develop your personal statements, essays, short questions and resume/curriculum vitae included inside the application.

We include two (2) reviews of all materials (content, grammar and style) written by you.

  • Interviews with college alumni and admissions officers reinforce the story presented in the student’s application materials.

We will prepare the student to answer the questions smoothly and to take advantage of the interview and get more insight about the university.

  • Students invest so much time and energy into the search that they only come across a handful of scholarships they are eligible for, leaving them with minimal time to actually apply. That is why we want to introduce you to various types of scholarships, including:<

    ➤ Merit Scholarships
    ➤ Regional and Country Scholarships
    ➤ Government Scholarships
➤ Activity Scholarships and Work Study

Frequently asked questions

  • To ensure a smooth university application process, it is recommended that high school students commence their efforts by the beginning of their senior year, considering that deadlines and requirements may differ across institutions.

However, there are several important tasks to complete beforehand. These include taking the SAT or ACT (although some schools have transitioned to a test-optional or test-blind policy), touring college campuses, enrolling in advanced courses, actively engaging in extracurricular activities, and requesting recommendation letters.

  • To maximize your opportunities for admission into the program of your preference, it is recommended to submit applications to multiple universities. It is advisable to apply to a minimum of three reach schools, two match schools, and one safety school. Only apply to universities you'd be happy to attend.

  • While the specific application deadlines may differ depending on the institution, it is common for most schools to require submissions between January and February. However, if you intend to apply through an early decision program, the deadline is typically expected in early November. To search for the specific deadlines for each university, you can refer to the university website or directly reach out to the respective institution.

  • The majority of universities initiate their application acceptance process in early August. To ease the workload during your demanding senior year, it is advisable to collect all necessary materials over the summer. This way, you can commence the application process as early as August or September.
